This website

This site has no analytics, trackers, or cookies of our own, and no sign-up form. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which handles standard request data in order to serve the pages.

The app

The app isn't released yet. It's being built so that your health data stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch, with no analytics or advertising software.

What is planned to leave your phone

• Food photos, food notes and answers to food questions, sent through our server to Google Gemini to estimate what you ate. Our server doesn't keep them.
• Answers you type into check-ins, and weekly summary numbers such as averages, sent the same way.
• An encrypted backup, encrypted on your phone before it's uploaded.

The app will ask for your permission before sending anything to Google Gemini.

What is planned to stay on your device

Apple Health data, supplement names, lab values, and your calendar titles and notes. Body photos stay on your phone, apart from the encrypted backup.
