How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Nudgist, then tap Cancel. Cancel at least a day before your trial ends to avoid being charged. You'll get a reminder two days before.

How do I restore my subscription?

On the subscription screen in the app, tap Restore. There's no account to sign in to, because your subscription belongs to your Apple ID.

How do I delete my data?

Your data is on your phone, so deleting the app removes it from there. The app will also have an Export or delete option under You, in Privacy and data. If you turn on encrypted backup, that option removes the backup too.

Why isn't my Health data showing?

Check Settings, Health, Data Access, Nudgist. Everything in the app also works by typing it in.
